Mukiri is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Law Firm.

Mukiri has a Masters in Law from the University of London-UK specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law, a diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. Mukiri is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and Certified Public Secretary in Kenya.

Mukiri has legal experience spanning over a period of eleven (11) years in the areas of Banking and Finance, Real Estate and Property Management, Employment Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Tax Planning, Wills and Probate and Competition and Monopoly law.

Mukiri has previously served as the deputy company secretary of Equity Bank (Kenya) Limited, currently the leading bank in Kenya, where he advised the bank through its engagement with foreign and local partners on financing and related matters, development of the banks policies and procedures, the acquisition and installation of the bank’s core banking software, the conversion process of the bank from a building society into a Bank, the development of an over the counter trading system, the listing of the Bank’s Shares by way of private placement at the Nairobi Stock Exchange as well as undertaking legal due diligence on proposed acquisitions by the bank.

Before joining Equity Bank (Kenya) Limited, Mukiri worked as an associate advocate with the law firm of Anjarwalla & Khanna Advocates where he was trained and exposed to the aspects of legal practice with a bias in corporate and commercial law.

While not working Mukiri is an ardent golfer and soccer player and regularly partners with sports agencies to develop young people to become disciplined sportsmen. Mukiri is also a director in various companies. He enjoys mentoring young people on enterprise development.

Kezy is a Senior Partner with MGA.

Kezy has a Masters in International Relations from the University of Nairobi-Kenya, a Post graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) s from the University of Nairobi-Kenya. She was admitted to the bar in 2005 and has practiced civil, commercial and business law litigation.

Over the past decade, Kezy has amassed a wealth of experience in enterprise development. She is the CEO /Founder of Zuri Ignite Limited - a brand management and experiential marketing firm which is the leading champion of Sustainable Event Management in East Africa. She has worked with some of the region’s largest Multinational Corporations (MNCs), government institutions, International Organisations and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Kezy is a Mandela Washington Fellow. The fellowship is the flagship project of President Obama's YALI -Young African Leaders Initiative. In addition, in 2015, Kezy was selected amongst only 69 women entrepreneurs across the globe for the Vital Voices Global Partnership fellowship which seeks to enhance the capacity of entrepreneurs to build sustainable enterprises and change communities. She is also an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women program.

Passionate about Internationalization of Trade, Kezy sits on the board of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT) where she facilitates access to opportunities and partnerships for local MSMEs to access global markets.

As a partner with the firm, Kezy ensures that the firm remains relevant and responsive to the dynamic needs of the business clients, particularly the MSME market segment. She also champions the development of strategic partnerships and alliances for the firm and is responsible for the firm’s brand positioning.

Kezy also runs a mentorship and coaching program, which seeks to enhance the capacity of young entreprenuers to run scalable, profitable and sustainable enterprises.

While not working, Kezy is an avid reader and occasional golfer who enjoys touring the world and experiencing new cultures.
